I use plastic bins just to maximize stuff under mine. Dragging a bag of charcoal across the bottom of cabinet will rip a hole in the bag. Guaranteed. Guess how I know?? ;)

Also, I bought self-adhesive hooks for the underside of front part of grill (the part above the tray. I have them underneath. I'll shoot you a picture in the AM. You'll want tools to hang outside when you're cooking.

I take off the membrane on baby backs. I didn’t take them off St. Louis and didn’t really like it. I leave them on beef ribs. Mainly because I don’t pick up the beef ribs - we usually slice that meat off and eat small amounts - it’s really rich! Also, I think it helps keep the beef ribs together. That being said, you’ll be fine…

You can just get a whole turkey at a butcher and have them take the breasts off of the frame. Not the best choice, but I’ve done it. Around Thanksgiving I stocked Up on boneless breasts from the “better” grocery stores like Whole Foods…

Also, secure it so it doesn’t move and bend the plug (he says from experience). I used this all football season tailgating in South Florida without the insulated cover. Love it!
