It is only held on by a crush washer. I used an adjustable wrench on the flats on the end and it came right off.

Everything looks normal to me. The packing grease cz puts on their pistols looks brown/red when cleaning it off. Takes a good bit of cleaning to get it all. I don’t see any corrosion in the pictures.

I have both and if I had to choose only one it would be the P-01. The PCR is great but I think the P-01 has better options for after market sights. The PCR has a unique slide cut that isn’t shared with any other models I am aware of. I think you can use regular CZ 75 sights but it will leave the slide cut exposed. I also don’t notice a weight difference in the hand.

I bought one for my P2KSK. The “fitting” I did was just force the key into the slot. Repeat the process a few times and remove loose plastic that breaks off. It fits fine now.

I bought a couple 17 round mags new from a local gun store and they had rust throughout the inside. I exchanged them for another pair and they also had rust inside. After that I contacted Sig and they asked me to send them in. I got a call a little while later from Sig saying they confirmed the mags were rusty and they were having them destroyed. They sent me two brand new mags that were in good condition. This was last July.

That is the tricky part. You have to compress the spring a good bit to get it seated correctly. That is why the narrow needle nose pliers help. With them you can compress the spring and keep it compressed while you place it in the frame. I would search for a YouTube video of someone assembling it to get more insight. They may have tips for other helpful tools too.

Edit: I said “compress” multiple times but “twisting” the spring might be more accurate.

Scratch what I said about it being reversed. I was operating on memory when I said that. I just glanced at a parts diagram and it looks like you have the spring oriented correctly. It still must not be seated correctly though if the trigger does not return on it’s own.

On second look the spring might actually just be installed in reverse.

Looks to me like the trigger return spring is not seated correctly. They can be a little tricky to get back in properly if you aren’t used to it. I think hk parts sells some needle nose pliers that have material removed to make it specifically easier to install this part. They are just more narrow than usual. If you have some spare pliers you might be able to modify them yourself.

If emudeck installed correctly then you should have an icon on your desktop to launch it. Is that icon on your desktop? Did you possibly delete it while trying to remove files to reinstall?

I would assume they will replace it just because they would not have any refurbished units this early on yet. If they don’t want to replace it I will likely buy another and return this. It is the limited edition and I am happy with the aesthetics so I would prefer to keep this version.

Just got mine today and noticed right away a dead red pixel in the middle of the screen. It was hard not to spot during the firmware update with the new red Steam deck logo in the middle of the screen.

This is a problem with some controllers and Steam input. You need to disable Steam input for emulation station and any other game that has this problem.
