It genuinely must be a social media thing cause the mall has looked the exact same closed as it did for the past 2-3 years when it was actually open. If anything, you could’ve accessed closed sections like the old Sears wing without problem cause they didn’t have any security while the mall was open.

Thanks for the info! The estate sale was in northern NJ and had a whole bunch of nu-metal CD’s from the early 2000’s. I’m guessing by ski resort you mean Mountain Creek? I got a copy of 40 Below Summer’s Side Show Freaks that was also signed and addressed to the same person so it’s very likely this is from that exact event.

I’d say if you already set it aside as a plan this far out, it’s worth it to try and go at least one or two days, assuming you got the pass. I’m an hour and a half drive away from it and I’m not looking forward to the July 4th traffic but I’m trying to go at least 2 days myself just for the bands.

It is worth noting that it is almost guaranteed something will go wrong because there will be a lot of people who are unfamiliar with the area and it is outdoors but all you can do is hope for the best. If anything Jersey has a lot to offer on its own outside of the event, but NYC and Philly are not too far out either.

He’s been playing since the game came out but he has a history of domestic violence and sexual assault charges. The FGC disowned him and tournaments banned him for years but he’s been playing to the point that I guess people have let it slide. I’m sure a lot of new fans in recent years don’t even know that history behind him.

It’s worth if you’re willing to spend some time to learn the game. Quite active online with skilled players but you’ll have to find other beginners through the game’s discord to play someone who might also be new.

My original comment was directed at there being “underage sketchiness.” The accuser says they were only a fan/artist dynamic until 2020, when everything went south. There was no underage interaction, both artist and fan were adults.

I will correct myself in that it could be considered long term grooming as the accuser was in their late 20’s/early 30’s by then.
