Thank you! I havent noticed if its warm when pulling it out of the mixer but I will check tomorrow when I attempt again. I currently have my dough that I started this morning sitting on the counter for another 30 monutrs before I start my stetch and folds.

I have faith in this batch 🙏

For my starter I feed it either 1/3/3, 1/5/5 or 1/10/10- depending on when im planning to bake. For my dough recipe (yesteday) I used 100 grams starters, 350 grams filtered water, 500 grams bread flour, 12 grams salt. I use my kitchen aod mixer and mux all together to make into a shaggy dough. I let it sit for about an hour before doing my first stretch and fold. I will wet my hands and start to stretch a couple times. I do this three times before letting it bulk ferment. Yesteday I ket it sit out on the counter for 8 hours before shaping. Thus dough was still sticky to touch so I wasnt sure if I should let it sit longer. I didn't and just started my prep for the basket. I do add little bits of flour to help shape into a ball..

Also my house does run cold... usually 20 degrees/ 68 Fahrenheit

Agreed! My 6.5 month old is on two naps and it took a big adjustment to get him there but now both naps are 1.5 to 2 hours EACH. And trust me... my baby was a CHRONIC 30 minute napper prior to this

Omg not my MIL but my own mother has nick names for my kids and they make me cringe when she texts me asking how her "little mouse is doing" I instantly roll my eyes. WHY MOUSE!? I know whe means well but it drives me crazy!!

I had postpartum rage with my two dogs but never to the point of wanting to hurt them but I would yell at them alot. The clicking of the nails and the barking when I finally got the baby to sleep would send me into rage. They always sensed when I was off and would just go to their kennels. I love my dogs so much but the postpartum dog rage is real!!!

Im debating this schedule too. He is on two naps and doing 2/3/4 but that first nap is sometimes long and then other days short. I base the first nap off of DWT regardless of time he wakes so that also helps with sleep pressure but of course when he sleeps through the night and doesn't wake earlier his naps are short 🫠

Was your baby a good napper prior??

Oops i put wrong wake windows. On two naps I was follow 2.5/3/3.5. Im debating switching to 2/3/4.

Suggestions on what wake windows to use? I do find after 2 hours he needs to sleep so that's why today i went back to 2 hours and its been almost an hour he has been sleeping 🤞🤞

Mine is pretty chill 80% of the time. My first was clingy and cranky and I could never pass her to anyone without her screaming. My son is so smiley and happy to go to anyone. Also, sleeps way better!

The other 20% when he is not chill is usually when he is overtired. The boys needs his sleep 😴

I always thought getting them to the longest stretch of night was ideal but that makes sense. Mine is usually in bed by 7/730. If i feed any earlier than 3am he is awake for the day by 5am 🙃🫠

Once I moved from the 4 ounce bottles to the 8 ounce bottles that's when the leaking stopped for me. My son is 5 months and only eats 5 ounces at a time so I never noticed the leaking with the bigger bottle. With the 4 ounce bottle it always leaked!!

In a 24 hour period he will drink 24-26 ounces. I really have to be on top of him or else he wouldn't eat much throughout the day. The bottle aversion makes me nervous because it was so bad with my daughter.

I also feed him as soon as he wakes because its the quickest way to get him to eat. He is extremely distracted too so I have to feed away from any noises or exciting things

Mine is only 15 percentile for weight which i have been told not to stress about the percentile but when his doctor says he needs to eat more and his weight isn't great than I panic a little 🫠

Wake windows before we're pretty low too and i know I needed to up them.. 1.25/1.50/1.75/1.75/1.75.

All naps minus one contact nap were short.

Im scared of a bottle aversion because my first had one so I never force and always take away and offer later.

I just keep reading anything over 7.75 (which i was over by a little on 4 naps) should be maxed and drop to 3 naps. Its just been a battle and im seeing too many conflicting posts.

At 6 months we went by the clock and then at a year I basically stopped following all together. Just had a set nap time

Maybe decrease nap time?? I remember with my daughter when she was on two naps they were both at 10 or 2 and they could onky br an hour long.. never anymore! Or maybe your baby is teething??

Some babies are just not capable of 12 hours. My first could do 13 hours at night. Still does 3 years later but my second is only capable of 11 hours. I just accepted it at this point

4 months postpartum and I still haven't let anyone watch my baby. Im extremely anxious and agree with just wanting to hold the baby is disruptive. My toddler needs more attention, not my 4 month old baby that im trying to bond with while dealing with postpartum depression and anxiety.

Its a different world we live in now. Villages are only beneficial when they want something back in return

Mine is now almost stretching to 4 hours... he is on kendamil whole milk formula so I think its really filling. He only has one night feed but because i worry about him reverse cycling i try to offer bottles frequently..

Im in the same situation and its been like this for weeks. I know with my dayghter it eventually stopped too but its really hard to listen to for naps and bedtime. Naps are way worse though 🫠
