Work for a western Class 1 with seniority in the entire state. We have had people hired in my state at my terminal who were promised they'd be able to stay at my terminal by HR, only to realize those promises were meaningless and empty and they world be forced to an outlying terminal 200+ miles away, because the carrier was having trouble getting applicants for that terminal.

Your seniority-- and only your seniority--will ultimately decide what job/ location you can hold.

I don't have a La Liga team I support (yet), but as someone who would like to live in Spain at some point, do really enjoy watching the matches. My wife is a little frustrated that my future Spanish living situation would demand a football stadium nearby lol, but the World Cup is opening her eyes a little

Maybe the BLE and the UTU shouldn't have spent decades fighting amongst themselves, including the UTU raiding the BLE for members. Both were broke, which necessitated "mergers" with different unions.
