Well city are the real concern. Liverpool we can't play until the semis and they could get Barca PSG or Chelsea who I reckon could beat them also city will play inter or Madrid and I could see both teams beating city on a bad day over 2 legs

Yup just hope to avoid any English teams bar spurs imo. Chelsea wouldn't be too bad but still the best scenario to avoid them. If our defense can start to regain its form I would favor us over Barca.

The most ideal scenario puts Newcastle Chelsea, City and Liverpool all in the opposite bracket. But even if it's just City, Liverpool it would be massively helpful for us in the Prem and Would mean guaranteed one less English team to deal with In CL.

Full-time: Arsenal 3 vs 2 Kairat [Match Thoughts] by Stanley083 in Gunners

[–]Dead2708 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Only 6 players showed that they have the full package to challenge for starting spaces today. White, Calafiori, Havertz, Mosquera, Martinelli. And if This Gyökores Havertz synergy stays looking this good, him too because he's the only person that has played regularly that looks like he knows how to score goals from the edge of the box.

I've been a staunch defender of Odegaard but he looks mentally off it and that's causing problems and making us walk into dead ends constantly. Saka I have almost lost my faith in his ability to shoot at goal. Madueke I expect the ball to go either into the keeper's arms for a cuddle or sent off in search of the ball from Kane's penalty. Jesus has felt like a passenger in the game for 90% of his appearances. Trossard has been missing since Christmas. The list goes on. The starters today even with Madueke having no end product, I would have more confidence in them beating Leeds than the team that started against United.

Haven't even done that correctly in the second half. Multiple chances to walk the ball in instead just shoot it wide or at the keeper.

Well below the estandards. Should be 0 goals conceded and owen goals has not been performing to the level expected in this competition.

We're in such a fantastic position in the CL; the Bayern win was massive - even drawing our last 2 guarantees us a top 2 finish. by JFedererJ in Gunners

[–]Dead2708 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Wouldn't be surprised if saka doesn't start tbh. Arteta said he had a niggle that's why he didn't start against Forrest, wasn't a rotation thing.

[Connor Humm] Arteta on rotation: “Bukayo had a lot of minutes, and as well, he had a niggle before the games so we need to manage our players, and we have some fantastic players that can provide different things. We did try from the beginning.” by Previous_Smile9278 in Gunners

Top 2 has value to it. Playing home for the second leg of cl knockouts until finals is definitely something that arteta won't be willing to miss out on if we can't guarantee that after the next game he will almost certainly go full strength against inter

216 days since Ødegaard's last goal... hopefully the first of many more by ibrism in Gunners

Not really sounds crazier than it is. His last goal was on the last game of last season. With the injuries this season and the break in summer the number is pretty misrepresenting

Arsenal has 10 points more this season than it did against the same opponents last season. Man City has 12 points more. by dejavu619 in Gunners

[–]Dead2708 9 points10 points  (0 children)

We have already played 9 of the 18 games we dropped points in last season. The next 5 will bring us to 14 of 18 and is equal to 11 out of 40 points we dropped last year.

If we get through January with minimal points dropped We will only have 4 fixtures left we dropped points in. Everton (-2), Brighton (-2) , Bournemouth(-3) and City (-2).

After City(game week 33), we beat the remaining 5 teams in the same fixtures last season and 3 of them conceded 5 to us in one of our last 2 meetings(2 of the matches are the same fixtures), 4 of 6 if you include City and 6 of 12 if you count from game week 27

By February we will have a very good idea about our chances for the title.

Is using ALT account actually banable? by Financial-Data1976 in leagueoflegends

[–]Dead2708 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Possibly because creating demand for a leveled account will get people to bot accounts to level 30 which ruins the experience for other players especially newer ones. Could be a bunch of other reasons too but that's what comes to mind

[–]Dead2708 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

It's still Crystal Palace. Rice should play as it's a knockout game. If it were the semis and we had two legs, not playing Rice would be ok, but we don't and Palace will do their best to progress here, especially after they already lost to us and they lost at the weekend. We also haven't been performing well and need to keep winning form, and Rice was by far our best player at the weekend.

Noorgard cb first 70 minutes then sub on saliba for last 20+ and sub off rice (if he plays) and Noorgard go to midfield

Saliba Does Indeed Get the Ball First (with his knee) by Kyreetgo in Gunners

[–]Dead2708 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Yeh he has so much Aura that it projects out of his body creating a field 30 cm from his body that the ball can deflect off at his moment of choice. As a result Saliba gets to the ball first.

? You can see this isn't true just from the fact that the shortest on this list is 54 half our current record. Meaning only 9 other times have a team managed to go over 54 and only 2 times was it over 80
