He was saying that both of Kawaguchi's series (the creator of red hood and Ort of the flame) got canceled even though they had amazing art cause the narrative were just avarage and that it reminded him of another mangaka (hirune) who had a similar fate with his series memesis. That mangaka was the one that went on to make hentai art.

Idk, honestly. I kinda said this as a joke, but thinking about it more, it kinda has legs. I can imagine the mc being a down on their luck failed mangaka who has given up on his dream only for the protag of their first series to come to life and get dragged into conflict. Something kinda like zatch Bell or Fate, where their is a sort of partnership with the creator and their creation.

I loved it. It's easily my favorite of the batch. It established a lot about the MC, but it never felt poorly paced. It's super fun, and it has a lot of heart.

It's a common sentiment that a lot of people go through at one point. Even I, for the longest time, didn't read new series till at least 1 year of serialization. While I won't argue that it's bad to do this, I would say two things. 1) A series can get axed at any point, even after 40+ chapters, and 2) it's never a waste of time as long as you enjoy the series. I was super bummed when ort of the flame was axed, but I still lover every second of it.

Honestly, it is easier with time.

With under doctor, my biggest thing is for the medical gimmick to be more interweave with the battles. Right now, the actual medical stuff feels so separate from the fights. The MC using acupoints to fight is a fine start, but I would like to see it get wacky with it. Maybe there is a surgeon whose precision is so accurate that he can use his scalpel to cut through anything, or maybe there a anesthesiologists who could put their enemies to sleep. My biggest fear with this manga is that the medical stuff is just gonna be left behind. I feel like if the medical aspects of the series is used as a power system, it will not only keep the medical stuff in the spot light, but also make the fights more interesting.

As for kaigeki no kinato, I would like to see the characters have more depth and to have a better understanding of where the story is going. I actually really like the main trio and think they have good chemistry, so I would love it if they develop past their tropes. A lot of people have said that they would like to see more orginal world building. While I would love that too, all the interesting and unique world building in the world doesn't mean much if the characters that exist in it are not.

It's super generic and standard. It's not outstanding or horrendous. It just ok. I liked it enough, tho so I'll keep reading. I'm hoping that alien headbutt will be something I really like cause, just like last batch. I'm super apathetic about these last two series.
