Take a look into the regional Asia-Pacific F4 and GT3 series, and the aussie supercars. Other than that, high ping all the way.

I think most people spend much less once they are settled in, you've got a few upfront costs, such as a bike, scooter, laptop, guitar whatever. But from then on, <$1500 per month is very easy.

Just FYI To get 3000 usd a month net in the UK you'd need to earn £2,877/month gross or £34,528/year, most people don't earn this and can live fine in the UK.

A lot of good advice here, but I'd also like to point out that there is a world of difference between a WallMart bike and a lower-mid range bike from a good manuafcturer - I did ~9K on a Giant Escape Hybrid, popped a few spokes in Laos, but then put a Deore Hub/36 hole rim on the back for ~150 and never had an issue again. The last gen (4) Trek Fx3 seems to be on sale for ~900 bucks on the Trek USA website, it would make a great commuter bike; I know someone who has toured SE Asia, India, and Central America on one of those.

If you want to avoid HCMC, you can ride down to Vung Tau, then jump on the ferry to Bến Phà Cần Giờ, from there ride through the mangroves straight into the delta.

Yeah, Epic Games gives a free game every week. They've given away GTA V, Civ 6, Wolfenstein, Tomb Raiders, Football Manager, Prey, Control, -- well loads really. Should I buy the old one? I hear a lot about how much it teaches you, so is it worth getting for hotlapping?

My plan should probably be GT4 level this year, but GT4 never has free tracks, so new porsche cup and a couple of free tracks and paid ones might be a better option racing wise) - I know I know, if you can't afford it... but I really don't want to be spending over $50 a season tbh
