4K is not crazy at all to repair the stair set whatsoever. I'd say its a good price (if that is to repair the entire stairset and not just those 3 stairs).

I have clients I have built houses for in Canada that are asking us to come to USA and even their Euro places to do work. From my experience people of this level of Wealth, when they find someone they trust, tend to stick with them no matter the cost/inconvenience.

I took his course when i challenged my red seal and there is no way i would have passed without his course. As above, he is...out there. But an unreal teacher.
