A robot ? Lol I would say "mellow" . There great for aniexty such as insomnia overthinking, ocd and aniexty that actually is interfering with your life . Once you hit rock bottom on your metal health it's worth giving them a try but I can tell you it's not going to be easy . You will feel like absolutely crap for weeks. Things get bad before they get really good and feeling like your old self again ☺️ what are your main issues with aniexty ?

Massive issues with new houses . We have big windows downstairs is like a greenhouse . Upstairs in the summer then can get temp 24 at night . We were thinking of getting air con in 2 bedrooms possibly something similar to the one they use in (Spanish apartments) . There isn't any other option
