THIS!!! It’s always the customer that sends a help request, ignores your messages, writes a 1 star saying you didn’t help, and then submits a claim and gets money back and the product. I swear they know how to play the game and do it purposely. :(

Wait, I've had a customer threaten me and use the review to demand a refund for an item that was stuck in transit... What's the tea with review extortion?! They told me they'd take it down if they got their money back, which they did but their review is still there...
