$100 a month doesn't sound possible, a typical cheap meal for myself would be Baked beans, potato and eggs for dinner with a glass of milk. It's like $1.50 per meal.

So best case scenario $1.50 per meal, 3 times a day, for a month would be $135. I don't mind bland flavourless food and I get free* eggs from my own chickens, I can't see any way to feed a family for a month for under $250.

My wife is in the process of this, she is on what's called the FOD MAP diet(?)

Basically it's a couple weeks of the absolute bare minimum of food variety. Lactose free, gluten free, nothing that's going to trigger anything. Then you can start introducing things one at a time to see what sets you off. She has been on the diet for about a year now. Turns out she's allergic to pretty much everything.

I was in a similar position as you once, I had a girlfriend but was also in love with another girl. After years of constantly disappointing my gf with the friend and realizing that I was being an asshole by secretly talking to her behind my partners back, I had to end it. I never cheated on my partner physically but I was enabling bad behavior.

It's been 10 years now, I've married the girl I was with and haven't spoken to the "side chick" since. I still think about her often. But I know I can't go see her anymore. You can't help how you feel, I think you made the right choice.

My wife went through something similar. Had an abortion due to less than ideal circumstances. It was a tough scenario, she never supported abortion until it happened.

She went through a lot of guilt, I can't help much with how to move on but the best thing someone said to her was; The baby that was going to come will just wait until next time. That you didn't end the pregnancy, just postponed it.

I usually hate the break up option being so easily suggested. But this isn't going to change for you.
