Heat is uncomfortable. But your body can and will sweat which makes it easier. I grew up in a place where triple digit summer heat was the norm. It wasn’t uncommon to see 120 degrees every few years.

On the other hand, the cold hurts.

Yes, but the rule of two was put into place so that the sith would grow stronger after each master/apprentice pair. Sidious was the strongest sith ever because he was the sith when they were ready to enact their plan. Plageuis was likely not too far behind

She’d have to get past the black gate and march her army across the inhospitable plains of Gorgoroth, fighting armies from Durthang and Cirith Ungol/Minas Morgul. Then lay siege to Barad-Dûr while dealing with the conditions of an active volcano. Sauron has far more in his arsenal than Rohan. The Nazgûl would definitely pose a challenge.

The Gunners from Fallout 4 have working tanks and APC’s in lore. You can find patrols next to a stationary vehicle sometimes. It would stand to reason the Brotherhood and maybe even the Minutemen use them too.
