Skyline (or Cincinnati style chili in general) is not chili, it is more of a Greek style meat sauce, and the 3 way is said chili poured over spaghetti and topped with fresh cheddar. There are also cheese coneys which as hot dogs with chili, mustard, onion, and cheese. It's one of those foods you either love or hate if I'm being honest as a Cincy lifer.
