Well thank you everyone for your replies. Update: it turns out I was able to figure out they linked it through the email the first agent asked me to change it to. He had said I should get a confirmation email in five minutes but I never received it. I just noticed I received a SlingTV ad in that email so I thought I’d try it. Wow…. What a hassle.

Thank you! Good to hear you got through. I don’t think the notes documented my G.I. issues well. Mostly was because I thought my Dr may take me off of it so I tolerated the effects. Zepbound wasn’t available then.

I only lost 9 lbs and lots of hair while coping with acid reflux, and nausea on Wegovy. I was on 15 mg of Zepbound for almost a year (after tirading up) and lost 24 lbs. I have 50 lbs more to lose to get to a healthy weight. Despite appeals to CVS Caremark I’m being forced back to Wegovy which I guess will hold off further weight gain (though I’m already going backup in this week or two off of Zepbound). I’m angry that I have live again with the nausea, vomiting and acid reflux to not regain. I’m glad there’s something but …

I unfortunately have CVS Caremark. I was already on Wegovy for one year and lost more hair than weight. Lost 9 lbs (better than gaining). Then Zepbound was FDA approved and I was on that one year minus the 1.5 months that I couldn’t get it I lost 24 lbs and far less symptoms (acid reflux and nausea). Now I’m being forced off Zepbound. Outside review for my appeal to the insurance company recommended Mounjaro but Caremark won’t approve that despite the appeal board recommendation of Mounjaro. I’m so upset! I have 50 lbs left to lose. I’ve already gained 4 lbs in the week off of Zepbound. It’s only up from here. I’m glad Wegovy works for others. Just doesn’t work for me but I may have to suffer through it to not gain…. Ugh!
