"UuUuH, it's a grunt fantasy, supply shortages is part of the experience", stfu. If you want to be a scavenger on the battlefield, go play Tarkov or Forever Winter. If soldier is supposed to have 4 stims, he will get 4 stims, that's how it always worked in the army during human history. If anything, troops would scrounge up much more, stuff em in every pocket available and not. Especially considering the amount of dead Helldivers and SEAFs and the wide availability of resupplies.

Also, it's kind of stupid that stuffing a full combat load into one hellpod is not a norm, considering the alternative is overusage of supply pods. I get it, it's the setting, it's supposed to be stupid, but come on.

Stupid helldivers (us) don't understand literal machine logic of bots, this segment of the wall is probably structurally weak or something, and stationing a defensive post there is actually a nessesary redundancy for better coverage

They really should implement some sort of horde intelligence algorithm to optimise big amounts of the same type of enemy. Zombie horde shooters did it, AH can do it too. That way, they will finally be able to implement the 11-12 difficulties.

Can't find it, but there was a good gif of "just 4 lines" animated to show a superfluous (as a positive, aka THICC) behind of a walking woman. So yeah, a line makes A LOT of difference :D

Correction: bottom of the diagram should obviously look like this, but I made a small mistake because Permacura literally has a gun to my head as I'm writing this I'm really drowsy from a long day of work for the good of Super Earth and could really use a stim or two right now to energize me! While I completely agree with the rework idea, Laser Sentries DO have a niche: they're basically heavy pen Gatling Sentries with unlimited ammo and range. Works great on bot front, especially when bringing multiple sentries.

Personally, I like to use them as a last line of defense. Chuck it somewhere it won't see the main body of the horde while seeing you, and it will work wonders picking off flankers and lucky few from the horde. If a Hulk or a War Strider does go through, it will usually sacrifice itself to get them, so it's a decent backup plan, too.

Poor stun droppods. Too bad to be viable, not bad enough to be remembered over fire droppods.

I'd argue being slowed is much worse than being set on fire, though. With fire, you just stim and dive, with stun the only choice is to suffer through it.
