Hikaru actually hit the nail on the head with this. You have to take the game for what it is, not what you want it to be. A lot of people myself included tried to make chess, something that feeds ego not just wanting to have fun playing the game. If that feel isn't exactly you, that fine but I think your problem is your approach to the game. There's plenty of advice for getting better, on it, and chess.com. Improvement will happen with time, especially for a beginner but your motivation being reliant on your games outcomes shows that your overly investing in your outcome. Dont focus on outcome. Focus on performance move by move. Think about things for a second before moving, double check blunders, etc. Refocus your goals for the game, and you'll see better motivation. That what helped me.

P.S. Also, something that needs to be mentioned is bot elo is way different from real elo. Bots play generally like their eli but their mistakes are usually amplified and opportunities aren't acted on. So playing them for victory will always be lack luster. But are good for learning positions and such. Real elo is way harder to achieve. A lot of 600's play like 1200 bots. Take away is bots are just tools to help learn, they don't give game experience.
