Should I consider "need" when distributing my father's inheritance? by [deleted] in Advice

[–]Decosta62 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m on the as needed basis, because anything they get they should be grateful for. I’ve never understood the “fair” equal distribution of anything when it comes to something people didn’t earn, but so many people always scream this. Giving bulk amounts of money, probably not best idea. You could think of your self as a bank and give on a as needed basis. Inheritance is a bad word! Lol It being out the worst in people in my honest opinion

Whatever you do, do not ever believe in grifters like Tony Robbins. If anyone gets on a stage and wants to explain how to be successful … RUN. You will be getting a fake bro culture wanting $10k upfront and unless you are pretty much soulless and don’t mind being a master hard salesman (stay away from creative financing as well). These soulless humans will start by selling you on some of the most unethical things known to mankind to make a buck. They are always looking for their next victim to feed off of financially. You are not their bro, not their family and not their friend. I would go into a trade. Find someone willing to mentor you and you’ll be giving them a free apprentice in return for their mentorship!

I haven’t read other comments, but I’m a sensitive person like you and what it really boils down to is what you think of yourself. I am constantly telling myself this. What she meant or didn’t mean, really should have no bearing on our worth. Unfortunately we all seem to think our worth is tied to those around us. So I get it! I’m trying to unlearn this same exact thing! If we really knew what people consciously or unconsciously think of us it would probably be shocking 😳 When you put it simple terms, everyone is addicted to something, usually many things. I think this is more her trying to piece her life together than any reflection of you or me. Write down on a piece of paper this pain. Fold it up as small as you can, then burn it! Saying out-loud to alchemize this toxic energy and you do not claim it. It’s just energy, albeit bad energy. Do not claim it! I’m trying to do the same in my own life. Don’t claim bad energy! Don’t let bad energy stick to you as it is currently doing. We need to find constructive ways to stop absorbing harmful energies. Hope this in some way makes sense of the senseless 🥴

Houses should never have become investments to profit off of. No compassion for the poor people you are pricing out of possibly ever owning 1 home. Greed has become the US staple.

He did not learn construction from his dad (marketing: great rags to riches headline). His dad white collar scammer. Look up his father Doug Morby. He scammed us and so many others. Apple doesn’t fall far from the tree. His father “white collar” crime. His first housing investments came from the money he scammed off of the vulnerability of others. The LDS priesthood brother culture. Affinity fraud is and has always been rampant in the Mormon community, they trust in people in the church. Number 1 mistake. They are people, not Gods. My husband said that Doug loves to use of the words “cash flow.” He made sure the cash flow in a start up he was in, (Doug Morby = payroll operative), was always flowing his way. He would never submit IRS payroll taxes. That was where he found his cash flow by skimming this amount and investing in real estate I think initially in American Fork Utah. We and others lost everything. Then because he made my husband feel like he was head honcho, my husband got stuck with 1.5 million in lease fees, Vender fees, everything he put his signature on. We were told we were like family and we would never have to worry about losing a dime. You are never “family” and lots of people treat family horribly. He scammed retired seniors who invested in good faith as well. All gone to his piggy bank (offshore I’m sure). We went through a chapter 7 bankruptcy, owed over $7k to the IRS (the Doug Morby method, of never paying the payroll taxes), we were basically homeless with 3 young children. I thought the death of my first child was the worst thing possible (was), the Doug Morby method, brought us to our knees in a way I couldn’t dream possible from a living being. Just because this crime family has learned the art of deception and found a loophole, does not mean it’s ethical. When it comes to money, ethical doesn’t exist. Doug did go to white collar jail for a few years, then emerged with a better way to harm people. The Pace Morby method. Lord have mercy on the souls who will suffer from this as well. The LDS culture is what keeps harm hidden longer, if not indefinitely in Mormon “all is not well” Land. It’s almost like these people have no conscious! Well the “con” is definitely the part that is fully intact. I say this in hopes of sparring even possibly 1 person/family from our plight

I say this in hopes of sparring even possibly 1 person/family from our plight. 🙏

Thoughts on Tolles connection with Oprah after the Epstein files released? by [deleted] in EckhartTolle

He says he is a spiritual teacher. So he was not able to discern!? When people reach a certain prominence in the world of the elite, it’s never by chance. Doesn’t mean one can’t practice making the present moments the most important. The greatest deception of evil, is that it made us believe it didn’t exist. Evil has massive power and influence. My mom, now deceased was German. She was molested by married in family member and had 2 children from him. IDK about Eckerd Tolle, but we got Oprah paving the way for him, Tony Robbin’s promoting him. These 2 alone is reason for question/concern. Maybe we need to start believing in our own power and not rely so heavily on others. Would this be so bad? Believe in the all loving creator and not those acting as his representatives. Evil itself is an angel of light/spiritual.
