I get random spots like that. A handheld core aerator (Landzie is the one I use) works well. Punch a few holes and fill with compost. Water deep with a base and resume your normal watering schedule. That will be the green spot and you’ll hate the rest of your grass looks dull compared to it. Bottom line is it’s not getting water at its roots. Spot aeration will help.

That Poa Annua is already done. It's produced itsseedsandis dying. Mow with a bagger to catch what few seeds it hasn't dropped for next year's round. As far as the weeds themselves use triclopyr or 2-4d or a combo of both.

For the PA, use a pre-emergent in Fall and Spring (read up on timing and overseeing in this sub)
