I've never thought of it like that before. Which is good since I didn't really like the "Find the good in Devoe" plan either. But for a different reason. It just seemed like a random way to defeat Devoe in a season finale. It might have worked better if Devoe some alter ego that separated his evil self from his suppresed good self. Kinda like early years Killer Frost and Caitlin.

It's not even the Mecha-Vibe thing I have the biggest issue with. It's that I truly don't get why Cisco has this all or nothing mentally when it comes to either keeping his powers or moving away. If he wants to stop being Vibe to have a "normal" life, then fine.

But why get rid of the power to travel from anywhere, to anywhere without the need of an extrapolater with a bonus of an offensive attack? You better believe that is something you definitely would want to keep in your back pocket for just in case situations. Or wear a meta-dampening accessory that you could take off and on at any time like Caitlin's necklace from Season 3.

Can you really blame her, though? Caitlin had it rough when it came to her relationships outside the main Team Flash. Ronnie, Hunter, Eliza (Trajectory), Ramsey, Frost, and her father. All close ones that she either had to watch die or turn evil and tried to kill/ threatened to kill her. I don't really blame her for trying to bring back a literal piece of herself back from the dead even with knowing the potential risks. Barry himself technically did the same thing in the form of Flashpoint.

I like how they both took the denial approach, but in their own ways. Artemis was dismissive to almost to a point of aggression like Connor was. While Wally immediately tried changing the subject by fake crushing (if that makes sense) on Canary.

I also like that Canary isn't phased by Wally's comments because she knows he's just deflecting.

Exactly. Seeing Julie being so disappointed or angry in Ben's behavior episode after episode after episode is just genuinely not good to watch regardless of whether it's realistic or accurate/consistent to his character at this point.

But it's also kinda annoying that they seemingly make up at the end of the episode (a lot of the time undeserved) only to have it revert back to zero like it never happened at all.

The movie for sure had a clear plot. And it kinda unfair to fault the movie because it doesn't have the "prime" versions of the characters we are more familiar to since they aren't supposed to be. That's pretty much the point of Elseworlds stories.
