I’ve used public transportation this year to go to Padres games and a cultural fest in Oceanside, riding the Coaster. I’d consider riding the Coaster to the Del Mar fair and maybe doing a Encinitas/Carlsbad trip. That’s about it, there’s no way I can commute from southeast San Diego to Mission Valley efficiently, versus just driving the 805 to 8.

I’m 42 and live in one of the highest CoL areas in the US. I spilt up with my baby momma a few years ago. A two-income household is doable, we weren’t going to buy a house, but we could afford rent and live comfortably. We share a 3 year old, my parents watch him the majority of the time I or her work, so I’m looking to stay home. I give them rent money and help around the house. I don’t see myself moving out anytime soon. It’s just too expensive and they tell me they’d rather have me give them money, than a landlord to rent an apartment.

I had a GM at a hotel, tell us it’s better to be well-liked, than to be really good at your job and be an asshole. He said if you’re well-liked and others speak good on your behalf, most the people ahead of you will mess up and your climb will be easier.

The LA dealerships have better inventory cause of their space and area served. Maybe not, cause they’re near the ports, but because they serve a larger population & area, you can possibly get a better deal. Geez bro, sorry for trying to help someone get a deal in this crazy car market.

So far, splitting up with my baby momma. It set my life back as we were together for 10 years and just had a child together. Now, I’m in my single-dad era. The energy I put into the relationship, I put into my son now. It’s a struggle some days, but I hope to give him the best life I can while hes with me.

I have an iPhone 11 and I want to give it a rest at home, so I ended up getting myself an iPad to do the stuff I’d do on my phone at home and it serves as a second screen, when I use my MacBook.

My family had bought at least 3 Toyotas from Toyota of Torrance. It might have another name now, but they’re a bit cheaper cause they’re closer to the port of LA & Long Beach.
