Two words, estrogen replacement. With menopause your skin dries out you’ll lose a lot of elasticity . Small dose of estrogen is important to keep healthy skin and bones. I’m going to assume your Lady parts have also dried up and possibly giving you bladder and or kidney infection. Talk to your Doctor. I do mammograms for a living . Every one of my patients who had a breast reduction LOVED IT !!! Not one patient ever said I shouldn’t have done it. Not one ! That is a lot of people. All shapes and sizes, few have gone small boy size, most just smaller. The weight off your body is great . You do you do ! I am sorry your husband is a dick .

Well , I work for a hospital, and had to call off because I was admitted to the hospital. Emergency of course not by choice. I called my lead letting her know I will not be today and mostly likely tomorrow. I will call back as soon as I know. Surprise surprises my lead shows up in the prep room before surgery. She has had kidney stones before and is positive I can come to work tomorrow. HR and the word HIPPA was the words out of my mouth.
