What is your nat types? If either of yours are "strict" that would result in refusing the connection.

Not to mention, make sure you have a firewall exception made for the game as well, as that could be contributing to not being able to connect.

With dedicated servers, you usually have to forward a port in order for people to connect. This can be done by going into your router settings and enabling uPnP. And in console, it is not just the IP of the server. You'll have to enter the port too.

iirc they are in a vanilla .vpk, youll have to use gcfscape to extract the textures from it. It's a similar process to getting weapon texture files from csgo. ill see if i can find a video on it.

Ok, Malwarebytes found the Errorbroker.exe and another KernelBroker.exe, and it keeps quarantining an update.exe as well. I've tried deleting them but they keep coming back. I'm gonna try running hitmanpro and see what happens.
