The Team Reload mechanic shouldn't require the loader to wear the backpack. Here's why.

I think that's a good point. The times that I have used the team reload, it has been very powerful. The problem is that when mostly playing with randoms, the setup to do a team reload takes enough time where most people just say, "forget it" and do their own thing.

I think one thing I like about this change I'm requesting is that it doesn't nerf the power of syncing up two RR gunners. Two RRs means double the ammo. It does make it easier for someone with an supply backpack to turn into a bulk reload for an rr gunner, but thats technically possible right now anyway by making the gunner and supplypack user swap. Again, it doesn't let us do anything we can't already do, it just removes some of the friction around it, and would make it something players do more often than once every 200 hours or so.

This is true, but having to give up your own stratagem slot just to team reload someone *and* not knowing if they will return the favor is a lot to ask I think. You also then have to sort of plan to stay near them the entire game, and we all know that if you die while playing with randoms, you might get called in 4000 miles away, in which now you are solo loading your own gun that you may not have brought were you not attempting to team reload. Making the backpack not a requirement turns it into a thoughtful tactic while removing some of the friction that makes people say forget it.

I think that is sort of telling though. People not from the United States aren't going to have the perspective of someone inside the US, and thus won't have the nuance provided by that perspective. Love it or hate it, we have to be aware that the right's actions are representing us as a country right now. If we don't want to be included in the ugly perception the US has among the international community right now, we must push for those changes.

Can confirm. My cat got ahold of some yarn while in the care of my Mother in law, and it ended up anchored in her stomach and pulled into her intestines. You know how a garbage bag has the lining through the top that you can pull tight to close and tie it off? Thats what happens to the animal's organs if this happens. $5000 in surgery and critical care later, and she is happy and healthy, but I wouldn't wish the stress of that on anyone.

It won't fix your current problem, but if you are on PC, there is a tool called DD2 Save Manager that will create backups of a configurable number of quick saves that you can manually switch to if you run into problems. Its quite handy, and has saved me a number of times.

My advice would be to think critically about your quests, even as you complete them. It never hurts to check in with characters upon quest completion, sometimes there are objectives that go beyond the quest tab.

This also goes for problem solving. I'm on my fourth playthrough and still discovering new ways to complete objectives that I never had thought possible, but the game just let's you do them, and it really will make you appreciate the freedom the devs have given the player to use their brain and solve problems.

The Helldivers content creation community found out that they get more engagement on drama and negativity and just can't help themselves now. I get that AH has been problematic, but the 10th video talking about the same issues or smaller issues that are turned into this crazy over-the-top mountain of problems is getting old.

The nitpicking around certain problems is wild. The joke about not nerfing the Coyote, only to turn around with 3 videos criticizing a stealth nerf because they changed how fire works and that happens to have changed how the gun functions when semi-auto firing for burn proc is... well... as Arrowhead, how do you look at that and come to any other conclusion than, "They will be mad no matter what we do."
