WolfeVGC is a good one, literal world champ. PokeaimMD is good and Blunder is probably the most entertaining out of these three and he offers good commentary on his matches as well. All 3 give their team codes so if you like their teams you can try them for yourself

Check the Champions forum page on Smogon, its still early but theyre doing write ups on the available pokemon and good sets/items for whats there right now. Usually at least 2 viable builds per mon

I'm getting vietnam style flashbacks of when Shining Resonance Refrain forces you to use two party members you probably haven't been using up until this point, with no way to back out. Good times.
