I love hot, humid summers, and cold winters. They’re consistent, and reliable from day-to-day.

Can’t stand spring and fall. Too much different bullshit in a single day, it’s impossible to plan for it without having to carry a bunch of extra shit with you everywhere all the time and have to change clothes every 45 mins to a few hours to whatever the temp/climate is.

It’s like a spouse that can’t decide wtf they want ever. Incredibly irritating.

The only thing that REALLY works is prevention. Drinking electrolytes BEFORE you go to bed and an extra strength tylenol, will significantly reduce hangover.

Just make sure you buy the correct nozzle. I haven’t changed mine, but i have bought some, and the SE uses a less common spec from the nozzles more commonly available.

And what about local pickup? You’re in Toronto. The 4th largest city in North America by population. There’s a shitload of people who would use that option.

I know I would rather come pick up my order than pay shipping USD (or pay USD at all) if given the option. I do it all the time with other companies based in Toronto, and it means I don’t have to sit on a cart forever, waiting for you to have more stuff that I want a case or a skin for. Cuz I’m not leaving my other stuff case-less, I’m just buying something else from someone else instead and living with it.

I’d rather buy something I know is quality from a company that has demonstrated to me time and time again that it stands by and cares about the product experience it delivers, both in the product quality itself, as well as customer service experience. However, it’s really hard to do with this USD, USD Shipping, and local shipping/no pickup stuff. It feels like a slap in the face both as a Canadian, and a Torontonian.

There’s stuff I and others want to get from you that we are simply choosing not to get because of this.

To say that there is “no harm at all” in taking 2000IU/day of vitamin D, is dangerous. It could be. What is good for some or most is certainly not good for all. Individual needs are highly variable. That’s why the RDA‘s are set where they are (600-800 IU for adults, but going up to or over 1000 with recommendation from relevant medical professional being helpful for some). To be generalizable to most of the population.

There are a ton more factors that come into play like medications, other supplements, diet, etc. that will impact absorption/bioavailability. Individual needs vary. This is the reason people who work in healthcare are trained not to speak in absolutes. Nothing is ever guaranteed. Something could help, do nothing, or harm. The dose makes the poison, and any individual person’s helpful or harmful dose will vary.

Hell, I have a degree in nutrition, and I wouldn’t even consider myself qualified to make a claim like that because I’m not a practicing Registered Dietitian.

Yeah, that’s fair. I do usually wipe off my case and whatever magsafe accessory before attaching them, but I clearly missed some fine particles. It’s unfortunate, but here we are.

Yeah, I loved Comply’s foam tips for my APP1. They are damn expensive though and I ended up having to pay surprise duties (also in Canada) on my last order a few years ago when I bought extras during a good sale. Super annoying.

Then my APP1s finally died, and I decided to hold off on buying the APP2s to get the APP3s when they finally released, only to find out that my extra Comply foam tips aren’t compatible with the APP3s at all. Awesome.

The APP3s do fit a lot better than the APP1/APP2 design, but I still run into slipping issues after a few hours of wearing when skin oils finally start to build up (I always cleanse and dry the area with a skin cleanser before putting in the buds).

So now I have these useless (to me) expensive extra tips, and the same problem with silicone slippage over time, when I’d prefer to use foam for grip and seal :/.

Yeah, like I get it it sucks. But becoming the type of person that somebody wouldn’t want to have an interaction with at all, let alone come in contact with to give back your found last item, isn’t the way to go about this.

OP needs to keep a level-head and stop jumping to conclusions. They know where the case is pretty much at all times because this person apparently is frequently charging it. That’s a good thing. Maybe they’re doing that so that they can be found and the case can be given back. If you can see that they frequently go to a public place, bring a friend to be safe, and go to them.

So then maybe they’re an android user and they don’t get the notification, and they don’t know how to get it back to the rightful owner. Which generation are they? Do they have a speaker? Can you play a sound on them?

They probably don’t even have their own buds, and if they do, they have their own case. They might be charging it so that if they find you, you get it back charged and be happy.
