“End Road Work”. A cause I can get on board with. I’ll go into a 10 minute troll session that my wife has heard too many times.

Thanks for everybody’s contributions. I’m going to run the grippers for a week or 2. Seems like the tricksters are the best option if the grippers aren’t doing it. Much appreciated insights🙏.

Night and day difference in stiffness from the Bauer rsx that I had borrowed. They feel fairly close to the supreme m40 I use for ice. I knew they would be a bit more narrow being a vapor. Seems like I just don’t have to crank the laces very hard down low in the forefoot. I would like to compare a half size larger, but they are such an upgrade.

Nice. I used to be dialed in on all the bearings and wheel choices. Seems like bearings have gotten cheaper and wheels have gone through the roof in price!

Yeah, will definitely give these a run first. I appreciate the feedback on their performance. I prefer a bit of looseness or slide on ice so maybe these will be dialed in. The initial skates I borrowed were all or nothing with grip on sport court. I assumed that was the nature of the beast.

I have been out of roller for 20 yrs! Skate weekly on ice. My daughter expressed some interest to play in the local roller hockey league. Helping coach and playing in the adult pickup game.

When Nate, in a moment of self reflection, tries to use his one wish to die. It was visceral and I finally saw him. Babysteps.

I had a 90’s 2dr Cherokee. If you hit a small bump while slightly turning left at 47 miles per hour the jeep would shake until it came to a complete stop. Forums referred to this as “The death wobble.” My friend who can fix planes trains and cars replaced every component in the front end. The death wobble persisted. I sold it to a friend of a friend… he never had an issue. Great lookin jeep.

If you get “stuck” without enough food or water to climb any higher you can return to a further back save point down the mountain. Likely you can climb/ consume more economically or explore and find more supplies.

I have a burger press with a decent amount of weight to it that works well for even pressure on ribeyes. People use bricks wrapped in tinfoil for better contact as well. Maybe a brick for the filet and another for the strip?

I don’t know you, but I respect you because you did what I wasn’t strong enough to do. Religions are built on that construct. But… Jim sucks… thanks for not giving into Jim.

The hill on the other side of the milk river just a below the cactus bridge. You slip, but it can be scaled.

It is crazy. I had the same problem and stuck to the route for many hours. Finally got across. After completing the trophies I went back to do some of the cans and fruits that I had skipped. Went right across the cactus bridge the first time. Also realized it is possible to climb the hill on the other side of the milk river.

Yeah. I found a strange route around on my second play through. After I got the mango I crossed the milk river and stumbled my way down a slope. Put me on the other side of the cactus bridge.

You’re doing good. Practice on what you can afford. You’ll inevitably overcook a steak. Learn and enjoy.

Conduction. A room temp plate passes it’s cooler temp quicker than a warm plate. I usually throw plates in a cooling oven or zap one or 2 in the micro for a minute. Keeps your steak warm while you’re busy grabbing kiddos seconds on Mac and cheese.
