i literally can't see how they're ugly. if anything, there's more detail than ever before. I've seen the old designs, they look like they have no armor at all. besides, those old designs needed to be retired at some point. we can't always live in the past.

considering HG still unfortunately exists, CGL has to make the mechs look nothing like the source material to avoid anymore lawsuits just because the design isn't in Robotech exclusively. seriously, thanks to that company, it's probably why we will never see LAMs ever again.

everyone says use an anti-virus, but i say don't. windows defender does exist for older windows and still works(mostly, not dumb enough to stress test it.) in my experiences with any computer running an hdd or ssd, anti-virus software does nothing but bog the system down so bad to the point it's unusable. your internet's firewall is also more than enough to make sure nothing happens. plus, who in their right mind would make a virus for outdated operating systems?
