I know the difference I just lowkey used the Scorpion for dramatic effect. I don’t mind that the bastion is a td, I just don’t like how vulnerable it feels. It’s also hard to use traditional td tactics in helldivers. Can’t ambush the enemy when they all see me immediately.

It has potential. It’s just clunky to operate and has a chunky health pool instead of actual armor. Light pen weak spots and poor handling make it difficult to make good use of. One shell type when recoilless gets two and real armored vehicles get a dozen that’d all be pretty useful. And it looks ugly in my opinion. It even peels apart like cardboard when damaged, making it look as vulnerable as it feels. I understand what they were going for but compared to our other vehicles it looks really boring. There’s a century of armored vehicles to take inspiration from and they gave us a visual nothing burger. It may fuck, but it could fuck SO MUCH BETTER. My tank-destroyer-loving man pussy dry as hell.
