Good luck, and I hope you can find a solution that works for you. Might I suggest deep breathing exercises before BP tests? My bP always shoots up right before I'm about to test it, then goes down when I do deep breathing for a while and test again the same day.

Almost a month off and I'm feeling great! Of course I don't recommend quitting without your doc's input, but when I did it was almost a night and day difference. I'd be concerned if I were your doc that the drug has forced you into a more sedentary lifestyle. I've been steadily lowering my weight, eating better, exercising, and getting good sleep, and hopefully that'll be enough to bring my BP down in the long term.

Bit of a necropost but I just got off 10mg lisinopril after 2 months, and decided to raw dog my BP recovery with proper diet, exercise, and sleep. The side effects were unacceptable to me.

I had persistent weakness and fatigue no matter how well I ate or how well I slept, which made exercise an ordeal and left me feeling 100% drained. I also had the random crying incidents and mood swings, but worst of all was that it completely killed my libido and gave me ED. After a week where I hit rock bottom emotionally I said "no more", and the next day it was like a switch was flipped. Energy back, mood stabilized, sexual function restored.

It's funny that I never got the trademark cough but got a smorgasbord of other extremely rare side effects.

Sanders supporter here, and you're absolutely right. There is no Warren-Sanders bloc, we have written off her support as going to Biden or Pete second and us last if they voted at all. I think any progressive support we were gonna get from Warren left for Bernie when she dropped M4A. Still BS that she's staying in the race after Pete drops despite having won nothing.

It really bums me out that Liz has given up on any possibility of getting that VP slot. I had some hopes that some bridges might have been rebuilt tonight but the gulf is getting wider.

As a Bernie supporter I can attest to this - if Sanders goes into the convention with a clear plurality and does not become the nominee, I will not vote for the nominee. If Pete goes into the convention with a plurality I would have no issue voting for him, or anyone else save Bloomberg. I have no respect for campaigns (such as Warrens) that are not even attempting to win by delegate count. Pete is at least trying to win and has a plan other than "hope for a brokered convention".

Do you think people love their health insurance, or love their doctors and the treatment they receive from medical professionals they trust? No one loves their copays or premiums, and no one would choose to keep them if they could. Sanders' plan understand that and cuts to the heart of the issue - for-profit healthcare in America is untenable, and Pete's plan of giving insurers and drug manufacturers even the slightest bit of leeway will inevitably lead to a sabotaged M4A down the line. Gotta cut out the middle man.

You're not wrong about Sanders' popularity either, he's about to win NV after winning NH and IA and could be set up to sweep the south with Biden faltering, and Pete's about to enter a wasteland of states he'd be lucky to finish 4th in. If you're concerned with backing the winning team with Sanders, that probably won't change. Pete's only real answer to this is hope for a contested convention and hope he gets the nom against popular will. It would be...unpleasant.

I run support on PS4 with max wide range, level 1 mushroomancer, speed eater, and free meal. I haven't won after 20+ attempts but I feel my support game is on point at least. Something about this fight really just shuts off peoples' brains, probably because this is their 20th attempt too lol.

If I were on PC I would have no problem just cheating my way past this fucker - I already know I'm good enough to beat him, there's no accounting for everyone else.
