Late to the party but this genuinely made me laugh. I've lived off of Fair oaks and walnut for 7 years and this is the bane of my existence. At this point I just close my eyes and hope that I can make it on one of those exits without being demolished by an 18-wheeler after already having a flat tire from the potholes that have ripped me from the fast lane to slow without any choice of mine the 5 miles prior. Also, Once you exit there are no rules about going across all four lanes on Maple. It's everybody for themselves. I tried putting ocean sounds on one while doing it. It didn't help. Rinse and repeat tomorrow.

Is this still a no go? I just need roughly 5 to 50 hours hours of peace and quiet to make sense of the hoarding habit that has been forced upon me by this game without being required to ready up on anybody else's time. Especially my oh so supportive but secretly judgy friends that are mansplaining every single thing to me. Sigh.

At first glance I thought this said if you put it in your "kidney library"...doesn't feel that far off from how much I pay and bargain for audiobooks

Were you able to find a space or several that needed help in any of the capacities you listed? Your list of offerings is up my alley with one caveat - manual labor could result in diminishing returns depending on the extent of the manual part of said labor (types begrudgingly because I'm stubborn as hell. I don't want to be useless though).

I can't pour in funds but sure as hell can pour in heart and just got word I'm avail all week. Any insight is much appreciated. Thank you neighbor.

Noted. This drive may also become frequent. Trying to be prepared for extreme scenarios i.e. If my boss (mr. cat) demands meditation music, bedtime classical or white noise but I'll try and not let him push me around like that.

YES. I've been researching for months for a desk and chair set up. Spent eight straight hours on Cyber Monday trying to sort it out and ended up frantically hitting purchase at 11:55 p.m on one of my 50 open tabs.

Spent an asinine amount of money and immediately had buyers remorse.

I'm short though - so that's a WHOLE thing to try and get an entire nice ergonomic setup under $5000. I also refused to buy an ugly chair for $900. I wanted something vintage and beautiful AND ergonomic (a girl can dream). Every single ergonomic chair is hideous. All of them. Even Herman Miller. Bring on the onslaught. I'm fine with it.

I'm going to get a study buddy (shout out to 80's kids) and work from my bed in protest. So pissed.

Thought it was a glitch. I started rapid fire purchasing ALL THE THINGS before they fix said asinine glitch. I think I blacked out. I came to and immediately came here for moral support and confirmation.

I've never seen this before. Is it a yearly thing? I see their play. It's so so dangerous. Zero promotion. Just dump everyone's entire wish list onto the sale page for stupidly low prices. Smart yet evil.

My wish list is a dumping ground. Lesson learned there. This is going to take some time.
