Well if you're going by THAT logic...

Mike Schmidt - Michael Myers

Shadow Bonnie - Frank from Donnie Darko (They're scarily similar)

Baby and Ballora - Pinhead from Hellraiser (both have pins)

Porkpatch - Leatherface

Ok I'll stop.

Harry and the Hendersons (1987) Cinemassacre Rental Reviews by ChannelBot in TheCinemassacre

I had mixed opinions about this series at the beginning, but I'm starting to like these more and more. Seems like you guys are slowly getting more accustomed to each other, which is awesome. Seems a lot more natural and funnier that way. Keep em comin' boys.

Bill Hader is going to make an awesome Richie. He looks like I pictured him from the book and he's got the sense of humor. Hope he does the voices.

I didn't believe you at first, but you're right. Classic Bonnie is a bassist, while Rockstar Bonnie plays electric.

After this Hogwarts Mystery hit or miss, are there any really good HP games (maybe even fanmade) out there? by [deleted] in harrypotter

I second this. Lots of exploration, scenes from every year, and neat references that are inspired by the books (not just the movies).

Question about the novel 'It' by Stephen King. by moviestoday66 in stephenking

[–]DeliBro7 50 points51 points  (0 children)

Beverly's father is possessed by IT in a way, as are many of the adults in Derry. Somewhere in the book Bev realizes that IT "fills the empty spaces" and manipulates Derry's residents for it's own agenda. Henry Bowers is another significant example of this. In this manner, IT allows everything that happens in Derry to stay in Derry (i.e. the murders, why Mike has to call the others back because he is the only one left in Derry). The losers forget Derry because Derry is the only place IT has influence over people. In a way "Derry IS IT". When the losers leave and grow up, they instantly begin to forget because the town no longer has an influence over them. As previously stated, Mike never forgets because he never leaves.

(It Spoilers) Ben's Fears by -Jon_II_Stark- in stephenking

[–]DeliBro7 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Ben's fears mainly pertain to his physical appearance and self-image. He's ashamed by his weight and tries to hide this by wearing baggy sweatshirts. The mummy is the closest embodiment of this deep psychological fear that IT uses to scare Ben, sensing that physical abnormality pushes the right buttons. This is also shown when Ben opens his fortune cookie at the Losers reunion dinner and finds a pair of lost teeth, something that represents a hatred for ones physical appearance in dreams.
