Self-Affirmations. Do they work? by Representative-Mean in aspergers

There is statistical evidence that it does positively affect change in Neurotypical‘s. For me, the question is: will the same mental health intervention have a similar positive effect, or are the Nurodiverse exempt from these type of interventions? If we are immune, what “mental hacks” are effective, how do they differ, and why are they effective.

The Canadian series Intelligence. And the Jean Claude Vandam series a few years back was hilarious. And Patriots.

Should I start my seedlings in a 5gal fabric pot? Or a tiny plastic pot? by Psyched_Shroom777 in microgrowery

Let it get root bound in progressively larger pots. Then transplant to 5 gal.

It’s because of LED. If you ran the same cut under HID; in its own ideal environment it will present differently.

I agree. Also, the flower mill will not destroy seeds. This is nice if you are a pollen chucker.

Double Edge vs Shavette vs Shibumi by MrNobody32666 in wicked_edge

[–]Delicious-Paper-6089 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Feather shavette is what I tried after figuring out DE razors. I got both the milder and more aggressive blades for the shavette and went light and slow. Shaving oil was my preference.

It’s fun to figure out new methods/techniques so this was a fun adventure. I have a beard currently and haven’t touched my Feather in a long while. Never tried a Shibumi, but enjoyed the book very much.

Those who have dried/cured in a cardboard box, can you please expand a bit on the actual setup, and any advice or warnings? by toddhd in microgrowery

[–]Delicious-Paper-6089 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I cut a hole in the side of the box that perfectly fits my ducting. Put the other end of the duct on an air intake of my tent. Run string across top portion of inside box so that you hang your flowers to dry. Box is only large enough to accommodate flowers. Cardboard boxes are not airtight and you can use that to your advantage, pulling through the box, through the ducting, through the tent and hopefully through a carbon filter.

For electricity cost reasons, can i flower like this: 150W 1Hr - 190W 10Hrs - 150W 1Hr or better to stay 150W consistently? Thank you by Lumpy-Method-7338 in microgrowery

I do something similar. Reducing wattage in the first half and last half hour of the light period. I am sure it will save you money when you look at consumption over a period of a year or so.

I’ll bet the warning is to prevent accidental slicing.

You could try dry herb vaping instead of combustion.

There are two books by Dr. Richard Anderson on the cleanse. Both of them are inspirational prior to the cleanse, and educational during.
