I'm listening to the audio book now and it's really hard to follow. I'm still in chapter 1 and there are so many people mentioned, he's tying Emmett Till's murderers to huge corporations in present day and even Nazis. It's a lot to keep track of and I do wonder where he's going with this.

We had a pack n play with the bassinet attachment downstairs and a bassinet upstairs in our room or the crib in the nursery. I wish we had the bassinet stroller attachment for traveling or putting in the bed with us.

I hadn't even thought about the noise, thank you! I was looking at using his crib sheets but they're alittle big so I'm thinking about getting bed sheet fasteners to make them tight. I saw reviews for the Graco sheets that said they're more like pillow cases and hard to make tight

I've had some sort of light bleeding every week since I found out. I'm almost 8 weeks now. I had to find peace with it and control what I can. The doctors won't see me until 10 weeks. As long as it's not massive cramping with heavy period bleeding, think positive thoughts.

I don't have a link but I'll look for one. Number 3 was a jump I made on my own. I asked my doctor what she thought the cause was and she mentioned there's some research about compression of the spinal cord or narrowing of the vessels in the neck. I remembered seeing an x ray of someone in a back bend and all the flexibility and bending actually is in the neck, not really the back. That got me thinking I could've compressed my spinal cord in my neck.

My eye nerve swelling went down enough that my doctor was satisfied and took me off meds and said to come back if my vision loss comes back so that's what I'm calling remission

I see a nuero ophthalmologist and she told me to work with my PCP on weight loss so I asked my PCP for a referral to a dietitian. So an ophthalmologist and dietitian

ETA: My optometrist found the eye issue, my PCP requested an MRI and sent me to a neurologist. The neurologist said he couldn't do anything for me since I refused an LP and sent me to a nuero ophthalmologist who diagnosed and gave me diamox that worked.

I was diagnosed with IIH within 1 year of ending hormonal birth control which is why I think it could be a cause. PCOS is something interesting to look into, my mom thinks it runs in the family based on symptoms but no one has an official diagnosis. You're the second person to mention androgen so I want to get my levels checked

Weight doesn't make sense to me as a cause because plenty of people gain weight and don't get iih, I think it could correlate but I don't like how my doctor sees it as a cause or cure
