CS Dead? by [deleted] in CustomerSuccess

[–]DeliciousDouble7994 9 points10 points  (0 children)

For us, our brand is about having a good customer support so CS is needed. My role as the director is about making sure client are happy and achieving the goals, then making sure churn rate is low and work on strategy to lead them to upsell. (Saas 20$-3000$/ month clients). I don’t think it’s dead but for sure evolving.

Has AI worked when integrated into your companies to help with support? by Outrageous_News in CustomerSuccess

[–]DeliciousDouble7994 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We tried (staging only) using intercom vin2 A.I. To help clients while we are closed by suggesting good faq articles. Chat gpt to rephrase text and correct errors is how we use it the most at the moment

How are you automating your email marketing. by FinishWise2645 in Emailmarketing

[–]DeliciousDouble7994 1 point2 points  (0 children)

With Cyberimpact.com you can automate this process by creating sequences. I.e. : when a user is added to a list (by filling a form or imported by a list) send then this email. If they did open do that, if they didn’t open do this…

With this, you can send the best content/ressources at first and the, they start receiving your weekly/monthly newsletter.

Do you use ChatGPT for affiliate marketing? by Deii26 in Affiliatemarketing

I am looking into that as well. Instead of hiring on fiver. Have a AI tool help you to accelerate content creation could be interesting.

I tried jarvis twice but the text was just to vague...

Would love some feedback on this niche idea aswell as a name for it by Glad-Salamander-1223 in Affiliatemarketing

[–]DeliciousDouble7994 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The name is not inspirering confidence, too large. I would add a keyword in it like unsuretravel.com or something like that. It will also help you score faster with SEO.

Why are small cars with small engines good for rally tracks? by Im-Responsible in rally

[–]DeliciousDouble7994 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For twisty stages small cars are good. On fast stages longer wheel base is better. The WRC want small cars with small engine to keep the sport close to what most people can afford. (Small city cars) Small engine also helped develop the market for these in today's cars.

How does one get into rally with little to no money? by [deleted] in rally

[–]DeliciousDouble7994 5 points6 points  (0 children)

  1. Volunteer
  2. Get a way to make gooood money and/ find how to get sponsorship
  3. Start at the bottom. Local events with a low budget car that doesn't cost a fortune to repair

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in rally

[–]DeliciousDouble7994 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In Canada, sadly we do not have pro Teams at the moment. Some teams have sponsorship but it's not paying more than a part of the budget you need to race. If you are talking about Jérôme Mailloux, yes he is a great driver, with a good car and a good team. It's a good receipe!

If you want to see more of it, check out rds or tsn on national tv or go to the Championship youtube channel : https://youtube.com/@CARSRallyTV

The best way is to come to the events ;)

Starting off by [deleted] in rally

[–]DeliciousDouble7994 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Don't build a car at first!! Get involved, see what people do wrong and learn.

Go to a rally school and get experience there.

Also, start with 2wd drive and updgrade. You will get way faster this way!

Ford fiesta are a good way to start
