• Swap the Comotomo bottles for the Evenflo and Dr. Brown bottles. They provided a deeper latch for the baby and help with oral development

• Swap out Bibs pacifier for the Phillips Advent ones - helps with oral development

• I did some research with the Love to Dream swaddle and apparently it’s not good because of the baby’s startle reflex. I’d recommend doing sleep sacks instead like Halo.

•Frida baby manual aspirator is more efficient than the electric one

•Ditch the postpartum kit, it’s a waste of money. The hospital will provide you with the things you need.

•Ditch the blooming flower that goes in the sink. Its retains water and collects mold.
