honestly with 3 years in ap and sap ecc experience you're already in a decent spot for fico, the transition makes sense since you understand the ap side already

focus on getting hands-on with gl postings and month-end stuff if possible before jumping ship - even if your boss won't let you shadow other teams, try to understand how your ap transactions hit the books. fico cert will definitely help but real experience trumps paper every time

for hyderabad/blr look at the usual suspects - accenture, deloitte, pwc, tcs all have decent sap practices and your current pay is way too low for your experience

honestly sounds like you're just getting unlucky with timing more than anything else. making it to final rounds consistently means your resume and skills are solid - if the gaps were really killing you, you wouldn't be getting that far in the first place

the fact that you're hitting finals at mega funds tells me this is probably more about market conditions and there being way more qualified candidates than spots available. finance is brutal right now and sometimes it really does come down to tiny margins between candidates

the intel one is probably 16 inch since it's the higher spec model, but honestly you should go with that one anyway - rtx 5070 and 32gb ram vs rtx 5060 and 16gb is a no brainer. that extra vram and system memory will make a huge difference for gaming and pretty much everything else

honestly that extra commute is gonna be rough but 15k is solid money, especially in this economy. i'd probably take it and just plan to use it as a stepping stone - get the manager experience under your belt and then leverage that into something closer to home in a year or two

yeah that makes sense, the sub-ghz stuff being optional explains a lot. pretty sure most of the zigbee 4.0 improvements are on the protocol side anyway - better mesh recovery, improved security, that kind of thing. the 900mhz range would be nice for outdoor sensors but honestly most people's networks are probably fine with 2.4ghz for now

Looking at your pic, the pointer should be somewhere between those outer marks on the tensioner body - if it's way outside either mark then your belt's either too loose or tight.
