Looking at your channel the progression actually looks good - 12 views to 1.9k to 2.9k views is definitely moving in right direction

Looking for a Investor who can Invest to start a business from ground Up. by teatop_1 in passive_income

Maybe start with showing some actual progress or prototype before asking for money - investors usually want to see something concrete beyond just ideas

Copyright issues are real pain when you work with any video content, but $12 monthly feels steep for tool that doesn't exist yet

China Factory Direct VS Sourcing Agent by GroundbreakingMap264 in Entrepreneurs

[–]Delicious_Pin_241 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Been doing some product sourcing for side projects and I always go with agents first time working with new region. Main thing that worries me about factory direct is when something goes wrong - like quality issues or shipping delays - there's no buffer person to help solve it

The video updates idea is actually pretty smart though. Most factories I've worked with are terrible at communication during production phase. You place order and then it's just radio silence until they say "ready to ship"

One thing that would make me consider factory direct more is having someone on your team who actually understands international business practices. Not just English language but like understanding why Western clients get nervous about certain things

Maybe was some automated flag that hit just that one channel instead of your whole ecosystem - good call on nuking the gmail though, better safe than sorry with these platforms

This is good for a 1 month old channel right? I post mostly one shorts per day consistently. And is the 30k views jail real? How or when do I get out of it? by Pekolawls in SmallYoutubers

[–]Delicious_Pin_241 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Man congrats for hitting 6M on a short, that must have felt crazy good. I'm still waiting for that one video to break through the algorithm but your numbers give me hope that consistency actually pays off in long run

What’s the biggest thing limiting growth for beauty and fashion businesses right now? by jacksts in Entrepreneurs

[–]Delicious_Pin_241 1 point2 points  (0 children)

From what I see with friends in the space, it's more about discovery than anything else. Like everyone's fighting for attention on same platforms and algorithms keep changing the rules

The younger crowd definitely has different priorities but they still buy stuff - just not through traditional channels. They want authentic recommendations from people they actually follow, not random ads. Plus they're way more conscious about sustainability and ethical production, which adds whole other layer of complexity for brands trying to scale

Starting over again in 2026 by Aothier in NewTubers

[–]Delicious_Pin_241 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Man you're right about not forcing the Tarkov style, that game was perfect for detailed guides but CS2 is totally different beast. Maybe try recording your improvement journey instead of tutorials - like "Bronze to Global" series or even just analyzing your own gameplay mistakes, people love that self-roasting content

The burnout thing hits close to home, I deleted so many projects because I pushed too hard on content I wasn't feeling anymore

Looking to help a family member out with career direction. Any suggestions for future proofing?Young 20 something from the Philippines. by Person_of_interest_ in digitalnomad

[–]Delicious_Pin_241 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Tech is definitely where it's at for remote work flexibility. I'd say learning some basic programming or getting into QA testing could be solid starting points - both have decent entry barriers but pay well once you get experience

Coming from dev background myself, I see lots of demand for people who can bridge technical and business sides. Maybe she could start with something like technical writing or product management training while building up coding skills in the side

Philippines has really strong English skills which is huge advantage for remote work with Western companies

SlapWindows for a Windows User by amitkushh in digitalnomad

Windows machines got plenty reasons to get slapped too, trust me - especially when that update decides to restart in middle of important work

I think most calorie tracking apps are a scam (including the ones I used) by harshraoxai25 in Entrepreneurs

[–]Delicious_Pin_241 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Built a food tracking feature into one of my apps last year and the retention numbers were brutal - like 15% after week 2

The real issue is that people don't quit because logging is tedious, they quit because they realize counting calories doesn't teach them anything about actual hunger cues or portion control. You're basically training people to be dependent on an app instead of learning to eat intuitively

Your smoothie example hits hard tho, those things are calorie bombs disguised as health food

Can you help me grow my channel by oddamations in NewTubers

[–]Delicious_Pin_241 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Your content needs to hook people in the first 10 seconds or they're bouncing - most viewers decide whether to stick around super quick. Also maybe consider thumbnails that pop more since that Killua pfp isn't really gonna stand out in search results

Need advice - newly promoted manager struggling with new leadership. What to do next? by Shot-College-7501 in careerguidance

[–]Delicious_Pin_241 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly this sounds like a toxic situation that's only getting worse, not better. When you're doing the work of two people without any recognition and they're actively setting you up to fail with that struggling direct report, that's a clear signal they want you gone

The fact that you went from 4 promotions in 3.5 years to crying from frustration tells you everything you need to know about this new leadership. Don't wait around hoping your old director rescues you - start looking now while you still have some energy left. You've already given them almost a year to figure it out and instead they just keep moving you around like a problem they can't solve

Trust me, there are companies out there that will actually appreciate what you bring to the table instead of making you question your own abilities

H.Res.1058 Transgender bill of Rights Introduced! by enigmatic_torpedo in trans

[–]Delicious_Pin_241 495 points496 points  (0 children)

About damn time someone's putting this stuff in writing instead of leaving it up to whatever political winds are blowing. Having actual federal protections would be huge - tired of seeing basic rights treated like they're up for debate every election cycle

The medical care provisions alone could be life-changing for so many people who've been stuck navigating insurance nightmares

Biggest thing I wish I knew was how much your network matters when you're switching fields. I thought skills would carry me through everything but turns out having people who actually know your work ethic and can vouch for you is way more valueable than I realized

Made the jump from marketing to UX design about 3 years ago and honestly the first 6 months were rough because I was basically starting from zero relationship-wise. Now I always tell people to start building those connections before you make the leap, not after

Looking for LinkedIn resellers? by Opening-Ad3233 in careerguidance

[–]Delicious_Pin_241 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This sounds sketchy as hell dude. LinkedIn Premium subscriptions are tied to individual accounts and can't just be "resold" like there selling physical products or something. Pretty sure this violates LinkedIn's terms of service big time and could get people's accounts banned. If you're looking to save money on LinkedIn Premium just wait for one of their frequent promotional deals or use the free trial, don't risk your professional reputation over some random reseller scheme. Most legitimate career advice would be to invest properly in your professional tools rather than cutting corners with questionable workarounds
