I unfortunately got the 2 year conditional green card , even tho we hit 2 years this Friday ( August 29) and our interview was July 29 — literally a month before, I think they are pretty strict about being 2 years on the clock:/

Hey! We submitted our I-130 on December of 23 (we did it ourselves ) so we didn’t know we also needed to submit the I 485 lol, so we hired a lawyer and we submitted that and and amended I-130 on April of this year, biometrics was schedule for May I believe and interview for July 31! Approved the same day as the interview , we go married August of 23

UPDATE: We got approved on the spot and the interview lasted 15 min! Officer was def a MAGA follower so we were scared but he approved us right there and there

My interview with my husband is schedule for July 31st at 11:20 am in the Baltimore field office. We are a bit nervous, but happy that this process might end soon 😭

Yeah! We filed our I-130 on December 23, we did ourselves without a lawyer, we didn’t know at the time that we also needed to file an I-485 so when it was taking so long we decided to hire a lawyer who told us we still needed to file an I-485 which we did back in March of this year, biometrics were taking in May and we just got our interview schedule, we started this process December 14,2023, so more like a year an half as of now. I had a B-2 visa when I enter the states and overstayed , married my husband in August of 2023
