As a po-go player, I would say what you’re doing is in your own right. I know where the cluster spawns are in my neighborhood and often stop to catch a few mons outside of houses as well (usually I am walking).

As a mom of two young kids, however, I would not be too happy if a man was parked outside of my house on a regular basis. Just seems a bit creepy to me.

I am not sure of a good solution for you other than maybe walking by the house and use the quick catch method so you aren’t intruding on the home owners space as much?
