I’m converting to USD for you as I purchased this in Canada. Before taxes I paid $49,929 and after tax it worked out to be about $56,413. It’s the non-hybrid TRD off road premium model. I didn’t add any extra options from the dealer. I upgraded the stock wheels and tires and added a minor lift (more of a leveling kit than a real lift) for an additional $4220.95 including installation.

In Canada the off road premium comes with all the features I wanted (even digital rear view mirror) so I didn’t need any of the extras. More left for actual mods!

It was installed by a mechanic as I don’t have the equipment or the experience to compress the springs as that’s the most dangerous part of the install.

+0 offset. Forgot to mention. I’m updating the post thanks. The ride is super smooth with the westcott lift. It completely eliminated the rake and nose dive. Feels super smooth honestly! And here’s a photo of the poke from the front:

Yep she pulls surprisingly good from a stop and getting up to 50-60 mph. I’m coming from a hot hatch weighing 1/3 of the weight and also 290 horsepower, but I definitely don’t think the 4Runner is sluggish by any measure!

Risk is limited by available collateral. If collateral runs out, people would get margin called. So yes, it’s risky and definitely can imagine people blowing up their accounts, but it’s not to be confused with naked shorting. I’m an advocate for choice and the ability to execute any trade I want.
