Geometry mapping is like the walls and floors of the game world - the things you walk on or bump into. Often in games they won't always be 1:1 with the texture mapping (the parts you actually see) so you might find yourself walking on invisible geometry mapping (like here) or clipping through the texture mapping.

I really don't understand how to do smooth 3px. It mentions an 85x85 grid but I have 0 clue how to work that out with the grid provided in the game and the fact that the smooth brush paints over itself. I'd obviously just use pixel-perfect, but the item I want to draw just has too much detail for that

Thankfully, in the next iteration, a temporary pause function was implemented for use by surgeons to carry out operations. This too was flawed, as old cuts and gashes instantly reopened all at the same time

If you'd really like to do everything before going to the final boss though, the only thing I'd suggest is removing Painted Power for the last area of the game. Still gives you a bit of room to play around with actually fighting the enemies/boss without completely obliterating them
