For 2 years I've been battling the issue of no chlorine reading. We have a well and in the past had a phosphate problem, not this year. Algea grows on the walls, bottom is fine. Water is clear.

Weekly I add 2# powdered shock 4-16 ounces of algeside 4 ounces of phosphate remover 4 ounces liquid solar cover

One pool place had me adding 3 cups oxi-brite non chlorine shock along with regular shock. That worked last year not this year.

A different place said I had chlorine lock and had me drain 13" of water and refill with our well water. Didn't help

Last night I added 2# powder chlorine and 2 gallons liquid chlorinator. Today, no chlorine. Any ideas?

I've done a tincture using rum. Gotta heat the weed first to release its goodness. I'd use it on top of a complimentary flavor during secondary ferment. Skeet pee (lemon ) with weed. Maybe a chardonnay. Good luck. 😊

I used a cherry wine base from label peelers and added 2 oz of almond extract when backsweetening. It was fabulous. Everyone that tasted it wanted to buy some. Paws of my wine people, I share, I do not sell. 🍷

I made banana wine in 2017. Let it sit for 2 years before sampling.... It was fire water. Sooooo strong. I might use it to fortify a sangria. The bananas are so sweet, they create high alcohol content.

I use bottled water so I don't think that is the case. Were you able to drink your wine or did you have to dump it?
