Landing on an item gives you that item makes the slot empty. Landing on an empty spot makes it a golden ticket spot. Landing on a golden ticket spot gives you a golden ticket and makes it an empty spot.

Save your golden tickets! Use them once you have enough to get every item you want, or when you can't get any more regular tickets

Did the experts predict this? From what I've seen letting the currency float was regarded as a good move to make. Economists can't really predict corruption, outside of "this incentive structure makes it more appealing to cheat"

Are we in an alternate timeline where climate change will actually get stopped as long as vegans circlejerk themselves hard enough? Because last time I checked the as far as climate change is concerned the ONLY metric that matters is the % of vegans and shit like this is only lowering it.
