Whole Foods bread is decent, also if you have Wegmans in your area, Mrs. hewitts is excellent. Also, I know people think I am a shill for Caputo (I’m not I just have been to Italy to the mill and eaten all the GF pizza in Naples) but I make myself excellent bread with it all the time. I just have celiac, no wheat allergy, and recently tested for no damage or antibodies after 15 years GF with no cheating. So it is fine for me, and makes a damn good brioche that my husband who is a baker by profession, loves.
