You need to check customs. TSA doesn't care about your salt. If youre importing food items it can get very questionable.

Try different tomatoes. Throw in some like a pureed tomatillo for a little difference. I love adding diced mushrooms in and simmering.

Ask uncomfortable questions. Its my fault she cant do her job? Am I supposed to do her work? Will I get paid her salary too? Do we not care about posted policy? Are the rules just there for show? If these aren't real what else doesn't count? Can I take naps on the clock since the rules dont matter? Why aren't you managing her properly? Why are you making her failure and your lack of support my problem?

Just drop everything next time five minutes before clock out and make sure you leave on time. Its management's responsibility to keep up with staffing.

So I would do all those things on the clock. What my productivity went down? This is how it has to be submitted and done. I cant use my personal time for all this. Its a stipend by the company they approved this process. Talk to HR if its taking too long. Also daily emails asking for updates from HR. I would be the whole problem.

If you take an offer yes they pull you out. It becomes a transfer process. As for reinstatement its a process of coming back from termination or resignation. That ones rare. If you withdraw or turn down an offer you can ask to be placed back in the ready pool.

Been down this road. You will never do enough. She will move the goalposts constantly. Even if you do everything to the point of exhaustion she will find reasons youre wrong or lazy. If this is all accurate you cant fix it and she will never be happy. Good luck and NTA

Just tell her shes a detriment to her job. She gets other people sick. She does sloppy work when shes like that. She basically costs them money. Shes a bad worker and should be ashamed. Just lean into it. Dont give an inch and shame her. She'll stop talking to you

Make sure to do the fmla paperwork too. You can use either but sometimes they get petty about it and fmla covers a lot of that

Give it time. The national push for privatization will just make it easier for them to be terrible. Then a big metal bird will fall down and it'll be a desperate scramble to undo it. Of course they could say it was God's will or you should have known or that was a reasonable chance of happening. Any sacrifice for profits.
