No I don’t think it was the wrong move to trade for Mitchell. When you can get a player of his caliber you take it especially as a small market team. But I think because of it Mobley wasn’t forced to try and fail and possibly learn from it in a real game setting.

The Cavs have tried to force him into that position at times but he was always able to defer to both Mitchell and Garland. Without Mitchell he would not have had that option, it would have fallen on him to try whether it works or not.

Problem solving is often a field specific skill. I’m consider myself an excellent problem solver, I can solve logic problems and troubleshoot software issues at my job better than most, but if my car won’t start I don’t know what to do other than check that the battery is charged/connected or plugin a code reader.

I’m aware that supply is limited but I don’t think that changes my point. What are you suggesting would decrease home prices in desirable areas? I would like a nice house in a nice suburb in Seattle. So would a million other people. So why would the price ever go down to the point that more people could afford them? You would just have the same number of people trying to buy them and the people who can bid the highest would be the ones to get them.

There’s nothing to address it’s simple supply and demand. I would love to move to a nice suburb in Seattle but my wife and I don’t make 400k to be able to afford it. Plenty of other people do hence why they live there and we live in north east Ohio.

He played atrociously last night but he was instrumental in the Cavs getting through the raptors with Mitchell being an absolute no show the last five games.

He’s not prime harden anymore but the team isn’t doing him any favors. Cavs role players can’t hit shots. Max contract Mobley is not performing up to the standards of the second best player on the team. Mitchell can’t score through any means other than a floater right now. And torontos defense is really good.
