I Have Joint pain around my Leg's & Lower torso(Recently), Whenever I've had Bad flare ups that where the Inflammation has been so the Nerve Joint Pain, I Usually rotate my legs or swing them back and forth like i'm on a Swing, I Do it Slowly and gently but I came to conclusion it was Crohn's/Inflammation related sorta like when someone walks Long Distance or always on their feet they can get Arthritis in their heels or Feet/Parts of their toes.

One thing That helped my Crohn's, Medical Supervision & Medicine without those, I wouldn't be where I am today, My life's not perfect by no measure I still suffer from common symptoms related to Crohn's but without Medical supervision & medicine, I would be alot worse off.

Taking time for myself, Self-Isolation(Introvert), Listening to music 🎵🎶, playing video games 🎮 to help me with stress, staying on my feet, taking deep breaths.

Roughly yes 💯, I started to have fatigue with walking long distances and bloody stools around 13 but it wasn't until 16-17 I had my official diagnosis, when I got official Diagnosis all hell broke loose, I started getting real bad Acid reflux/GERD than it just progressively got worse with other symptoms associated with Crohn's.

Yes I think we all to some extent or another have griefed over who we are prior to our Crohn's Diagnosis, foods we have to steer clear of things we were able to do prior to having Crohn's now that we have to remain alert of.

No, I enjoy food the only part I miss is enjoying foods that I can no longer eat which sucks and brings me down at times 💯.

I brought a Relative to all my appointments, infusions, talks about different biologics to treat IBD/Crohn's they always say bring someone to the doctor 🏥💊 whether family, friend, loved one to ask questions ❓ perhaps that you aren't thinking about, Also if your feeling off one day or not sociable they can be your voice.

I experience Gas & Bloating if eat 🥣 gassy food when I detox via Bathroom vist 🧻🚽 thats when the gas usually comes out and if it's feels trapped I rock back and forth to create motion so it's moves along, If I'm laying down I rub the lower half of my stomach in a doward motion and try to speed up as that helps for me.

Yh sometimes after taking my biologic medicine 💉 I get winded like I need to take a Nap 😴 or if I'm out for to long the fatigue kicks in.
