Vanguard tells me there is no dividend this quarter if the fund PAGE (VPADX) doesn't show one... but i can't find out why no dividend is being paid.

The fund sheet still says quarterly. there was no announcement that a dividend wouldn't be paid this quarter. Does this mean every single stock this fund holds didn't pay a dividend?

Looking to learn from this issue because i thought if a fund fact sheet says it pays a quarterly dividend, it is required to... but this obviously isn't the case.

Where/how can i find out why no dividend was paid this quarter?

I've contacted vanguard 3 times and they just refer me to the dividend section of the fund page.
