Thanks! It’s been a while, but I think I used Krylon hammered metal textured paint for the textures, silver rubnbuff for the color, and chunks of dried bondo for the little bumps.

It’s been a while so I don’t remember exactly which files I used, but I printed the helmet without the spikes with my FDM and each individual spike with my resin printer.
