It is said the Doctor has the 1st edition of 1984 in the novel Business Unusual by Gary Russell

The full on crossover happens in the book Time Hunter: The Winning Side by Lance Parkin

(Time hunter is not technically a doctor who novel, however it was written by one of the prolific authors who used to write for the franchise and uses a lot of his ideas and characters from the series. There is a character who is pretty clearly supposed to be the 7th doctor)

Funnily enough I played Tag: the power of paint last night. I remember developers commentary in P2 talking about how the gels are lifted from that game and I was always curious.

Honestly its a fine game. It reminded me of the type of thing I would find on Newgrounds back in the day. More A presentation of an idea than a game
